William is a Project Manager and a Tax Controversy Specialist at Tax Point Advisors, specializing in developing strategic relationships with a variety of clients and referral sources in order to provide specialty tax services. Wiliam works with CPAs, EAs and other professional service providers, business and real estate owners and investors developing and implementing strategies to reduce tax liabilities and increase cash flow. These strategies include the R&D Tax Credit, Cost Segregation and the §179D and §45L energy efficiency tax incentives. He has also successfully defended numerous credit claims with the IRS and with state tax authorities across the U.S.  William also supports our clients' R&D tax credit appeals and is an expert at the appeals process.

William has degrees from the University of Rhode Island.  He is a licensed CPA in Rhose Island.
