Senate Bill Would Increase Tax Credits for U.S.-Based Research and Development

In a show of bipartisanship, U.S. Sens. Chris Coons (D-DE) and Pat Roberts (R-KS) introduced the Invent and Manufacture in America Act on June 6, 2017.
