Marion began her career as a certified public accountant in MA, where she has developed her career in almost thirty years of management roles in research and development sectors, notably in high tech manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and software development.

As an operational, “hands-on” manager, in roles such as controller, CFO, VP of Human Resources, and associated roles, Marion has developed in-depth understanding of how businesses work day to day, and how R&D investments and processes integrate with business operations.
